Kevin Adams
Managing Director, Principal

Mr. Adams has, for over thirty years, guided firms through periods of turbulence. His operating background includes CEO or COO positions in retail and distribution companies, restaurants, food manufacturing, software,  and construction companies.

In addition he has served as the turnaround consultant, or strategic advisor to firms in a variety of industries around the world.  Client industries include: distributed generation, privatized water, equipment manufacturing, bedding pack flowers, LTL trucking, restaurants, food manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, wholesale food distribution, construction, real estate development, wood products, retail food, software, newspapers, digital imaging, retail hard goods, and medical imaging, among others. He has guided strategic change in companies in United States, Asia, Latin America, Western, and Central Europe.

He earned his BS degree from Willamette University and his MBA from the University of Washington. He is married with three children and four grandchildren.  He enjoys skiing, horse packing, and fly fishing.  His residence is in the mountains of Central Oregon.

Bryan Goodman
Senior Consultant

Bryan has spent the last 20 years of his career, creating, implementing, consulting and coaching, strategy creation, systems development, and strategy execution. He is a People Centric leader who truly values people, respects processes and drives performance. As an executive consultant, he has helped manufacturers, distributors and service providers, work through complex issues, develop and help implement strategic initiatives, prepare, and position companies for sale, coach managers on how to develop processes and become great leaders and assist companies in completing competitive analysis, including product gap analysis and potential acquisition targets. 

Bryan Goodman grew up in several Oregon cities, and graduated with a BS in Business from University of Oregon. After graduating, he started a family, joined Precision Castparts Corp. as a Sales Engineer, quickly moved into Engineering Management, obtained his MBA from PSU going to night school and several years into his career, was asked to help develop and lead the first Business Unit at PCC. He led the Medical Business Unit through a turnaround, created a global presence, grew revenues 200+% and generated the highest levels of ROI at PCC. 

In 1999, Bryan joined Columbia Machine, Inc. a Global Factory Automation Systems provider as their Vice President of Operations and going on to be President of a Division he founded and scaled, and ultimately to the role of Chief Operating Officer. He transformed them from a “Mom and Pop” organization to a Global player with multiple divisions, formal business processes and systems, and a global presence on four continents. He has created and implemented, Quality Systems, Safety Systems, Standard Work Systems, Visual Performance Management Systems and Continuous Improvement Systems. 

Bryan has been recruited to serve on several Board of Directors in both non-profit and for- profit organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for three of these entities and led each through strategic challenges that positioned them for long term sustainability and growth. He is on the board of directors of two highly successful businesses that he is a passive owner in. 

Bryan has received several professional and organizational awards, including 2009 runner up Large Company Executive of the Year for Seattle Business Journal, 2010 Large Company of the Year award Portland Business Journal and Clark Counties Green Award.

Bryan has four grown children working in professional roles, one teenager still at home and he became a proud grandfather in 2020. The family enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, golf, team sports, working out, going to sporting events, and lots of family and friend’s barbeques.

Bob Wiggins
Senior Consultant

Mr. Wiggins is an entrepreneur, lawyer and investor in early-stage companies.  He served as a member of the management team (and ultimately as President) of BLT Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in prepaid communications.  He was Chairman and CEO of Legal Anywhere, Inc., leading the company’s efforts in two rounds of angel financing and the company’s successful sale.  Mr. Wiggins also served as Chairman and CEO of Site9, whose flagship product is ProtoShare, and RedBud SoftWare, an agriculture software spin-out from The Ohio State University.  

Mr. Wiggins has been an active investor in a number of start-ups, and has served on the board of directors or advisory board of many companies, including Learning.com, Routeware, Marketsync, Remote Technologies, DealPlanner, SnapNames, Decision Dynamics, Kentrox, Veris Industries, Lane PR, Cerus Industrial, Senva and nChannel. He was the Senior Vice President, Venture Acceleration, at Rev1 Ventures of Columbus, Ohio and the general partner of Mount Hood Equity Partners, LP, a venture fund headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon.  

Mr. Wiggins is a graduate of the University of Oregon, with a B.S. in economics.  He also holds a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating first in his class in 1982.


Mark Frandsen
Senior Consultant

Mr. Frandsen currently focuses his time on private company and non-profit boards as well as real estate investing. Previously he had sixteen years experience as President & CEO of New Season Foods, Inc., a Forest Grove, Oregon based food manufacturer. Before that, he was a senior marketing and sales executive for McCormick spices, Sierra software, Arrowhead water and Knott’s Berry Farm preserves.

Mark received a B.S. in finance and international business from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He also graduated from Nyenrode University in The Netherlands.

He currently serves on these boards:

Mark lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his wife, Katherine. Their two daughters and their families live in Los Gatos, California and Manhattan Beach, California. Mark and Katherine have three grandchildren.

Luke Thompson
Consultant

Mr. Thompson has been in consulting for over 3 years. His areas of experience comprise of financial modeling and reporting, including monthly budgets, rolling 18 month forecasts, and multi-year models. Additionally, merger and acquisition preparation and management primarily in divestitures. He is also experienced in market research, assisting organizations recognize their competitive position and identifying strategic initiatives. He is skilled in data visualization, analysis, modeling, and reporting. He has worked with clients in agriculture, manufacturing, digital imaging, and retail hard goods. He achieved his BA in Finance and Economics, as well as his MBA from George Fox University. He is married to his wife Samantha and they live in the beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon. During spare time, he enjoys reading, playing tennis, and a glass of wine, particularly Pinot Noir from the Dundee Hills.

John Major

Mr. Major is a founding member of Northwest Center for Performance Excellence with over 35 years’ experience leading operational teams within the high tech industry.  His industry roles have included VP, Customer Support and Service for Xerox Office Products Group, VP, Worldwide Manufacturing & Global Supply Chain for Tektronix Corporation, and most recently, VP, Global Operations for Radisys Corporation. 

He has led the implementation of continuous improvement programs based on the fusion of Strategy Deployment, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma Structured Problem Solving, and Kaizen Methodology at a number of diverse companies over the years.  He teaches continuous improvement principles at Portland State University and holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington.

Steve Rosvold

Mr. Rosvold has over 30 years of experience in the corporate finance world and has honed his ability to drive change, improve profitability, and ensure long-term financial health for businesses.

He founded KRM Business Solutions in 2004 to help Southwest Washington/Portland area companies equip themselves with the knowledge, processes, systems, and tools they need for success. In addition to his role as lead advisor for KRM, Steve is a partner with MR and Associates, LLC. Here, where he provides integrated CFO and management services, including strategic planning, risk management, valuation, and more.

He began his professional career with Cargill as an accountant. Steve has also held the position of CFO for ConAgra Malt.

He is active in the community, acting as Executive Director for Southwest Washington Executive Manufacturer's Forum and Tandem Ride Coordinator for the Washington State School for the Blind.

An Augsburg College, Minneapolis, graduate, Steve holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. 

Steve and his wife Pat have 3 children and live in Vancouver, Washington.

Tom Davis

Terri Bennink
Senior Consultant Organizational Development

Owner, CLI Facilitator, Classic Leadership Consulting

Mrs. Bennink is a licensed psychologist and has worked as an organizational development consultant for over 20 years. She has provided training and development services to organizations in both the private and public sector across several states. Her areas of specialization include leadership development, executive coaching, assessment and development, conflict management and resolution, and team building and group level interventions.

In addition to her consulting practice, Terri has been an adjunct faculty member at George Fox University and has served for 20 years on the staff of Oregon Leadership Institute/Columbia Leadership Institute.  She previously had an active clinical practice working with individuals, couples, and families for nearly 17 years.

In addition to an active organizational development practice, Terri currently is owner and facilitator for Classic Leadership Institute and Consulting. 

She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from George Fox University, and her master’s in counseling psychology from the University of Oregon.

She resides in Portland with her husband and two children.

Laurie Adams
Executive Manager

Laurie leads the administrative operations, and coordinates  team events and training for TMG. Among her many business skills, Laurie is also a certified equine specialist, teaches Equine Search and Rescue  and is certified fly fishing instructor.  When she is not handling tasks at TMG she is running operations at her working horse ranch in the mountains of Central Oregon.

Robyn Heindl
Accountant

Robyn has worked in the accounting field for many years, specializing in payroll and Quickbooks.  Her experience has been diverse within several industries including Drilling, Construction and Automobile Dealerships.   Robyn moved to the Central Oregon area after living in Fairbanks, Alaska for over 23 years to be close to her grand daughters; ages 9, 7 & twin 5 year olds, all GIRLS.  She enjoys the opportunity to be apart of their daily lives as well as the outdoor activities Central Oregon’s offers.
